I'm leaving Japan soon and I rememberd I have a little money in a Rakuten Bank account which I rarely used because I found their UX difficult.
I forgot my password and I'm having a hell of a time resetting it. Does anyone know of you need to do something special like use full width or half width katakana or roman script? My name also has a small "yu" which might be the problem but I've tried several times and nothings working and their call center is closed today. Thanks!
