We are planning a two-week trip to Japan in late November 2026. It will be myself, my wife, and our 5-year-old daughter. Looking for feedback on pacing, flow between cities, and anything we should adjust. The main draw of the trip is Disney, but of course we want to see many other great parts of the country. We prefer to not move accommodations much and trying not to spend to much time transiting between areas.

**Day 3 – Higashiyama**
Kiyomizu-dera, Ninenzaka/Sannenzaka streets.
**Day 4 – Easy Day**
Kyoto Station rooftop garden, optional Nijo Castle.
**Day 5 – Nara Day Trip**
Nara Park (deer), Todai-ji (Great Buddha).
**Day 6 – Osaka (Optional)**
Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan, Dotonbori.
Alternatively, stay relaxed in Kyoto.

Visit Fantasy Springs, then show in the evening.
