How do you split the bill at restaurant?

Not talking about dating or lunch with colleagues but when you’re having a meal with a group of friends. You generally can’t pay only for what you ordered at the cashier. You have to pay for the whole table, even at chains like Sushiro or Saizeriya.

How do you usually split the bill? Do you just divide it evenly among everyone without considering what each person ordered?
