Got my results yesterday for Kanji Kentei and I passed level pre-2! Onward to level 2!!
I cut four jalapenos from my field last night to make pico. Didn’t wear gloves because it was only the four of them. My left hand still burns a little bit. By a couple of hours after cutting them (and I guess it’s partially on me for not washing my hands again after handling them), I actually had to get an ice pack from the fridge because it felt like part of my hand was on fire. Weird for jalepenos.
I’m undergoing some professional development training via the ISA and for this second part of the course, it’s basically self-guided study.
Trying to figure out what I should be researching (we have to report back on what we’re doing during our study time) but wasn’t given much info or guidance. Here’s to figuring out something- at least the first and third portions appear very helpful as related to my job!
