I called my rental agency and they told me they would do something about it, though I dont know what. Some more background information: Ive heard this guy scream at around 6am maybe a couple of months ago, but it wasn't on my floor at all. I also talked to my neighbor and they also sent a complaint to the agency about the same guy because he had done the same thing to their door.
Ill pray for him but its pretty much confirmed he's got a couple screws loose. Living alone for the first time and having the only other person near you be a lunatic at your door is a little nerve-wracking so Thanks for being reasonable in the replies of the last post.
