I recently got a job offer from DMM for tech role.
The pay and bonus is good but i'm wondering how people perceive it and is it even possible to switch later on in career to a different company?
(Given that its mainly known in japan as AV company and perhaps other companied might be hesitant to recruit someone from this background, idk how dynamics work in japan)
Just wondering what kind of company DMM is, recently have heard that the management style has changed a lot and company env. looks positive.
Anyone who worked there in the past 3-4 years or so if can shed some light would be great!
