TL;DR On Oct. 7, Aichi Police arrested former teacher at a public junior high school in Hayama, Kanagawa for upskirting a 14 year old junior high school girl with his smartphone at the Kamakura train station. During questioning, he admitted to taking other photos and said he can't recall which one he's being arrested for. He further said he saw the news about group of teachers being arrested for taking photos within school, but he thought if it was outside the school, it was only his personal matter.
This is the third time he has been arrested.
