I've been staying in Japan for around 2 weeks now, and i've made a lot of Contact with Japanese people, however i cannot understand how Is basically impossible make a conversation with them since pretty much all of them ALWAYS respond like many hours later, sometimes could be also the next day, in the beginning i was thinking maybe It was something related to the first Japanese i meet, but more of them i meet, more i understand that's not an isolated case.
It's just me or in Japan that's considered normal?
I mean i don't ask for a response in like 10 minutes from my message, but at the same time if i ask you something just to chat and i get a response after 12 hours, whats even the point of chatting?
