Please review suggested Japan 16 day itinerary (Takayama, Shirakawa, Nagano, Tokyo, Kurashiki, Hiroshima, Osaka)

Any suggestions, feedback or advice would be greatly appreciated. Including suggesting something completely different!

This will be my second trip. I absolutely loved my first where I visited Kanazawa, Hakone, Nara and Kyoto. Now I'm thinking about some different destinations but still keeping the things I love.

I'm interested in nature, wildlife, culture/history, cherry blossoms and coin pushing arcade machines.
