I believe I might be offered a job soon from a certain outsourcing company to work for a famous japanese company. It would be on a 3 month rolling contract.
I am not “excited” about the 3 month rolling contract, but I do like the job being offered. However my concern is that this particular outsourcing company wants to put me on the engineering visa instead because it’s quicker.
My goal is to get the PR status as soon as possible. I have either 65 points or 75 points depending on the company I work for and would be looking to earn those 5 extra points somewhere.
I’m looking for advice from people who went through the same and who I could “hire” to help me answer those questions. What ways I can get more points and how quickly I could get the HSP visa and if I can get it on a rolling contract. According to the outsourcing company the answer is yes on getting it on a rolling contract, but I doubt they would tell me the truth and would give correct info.
Is it an administrative scrivener or someone else?

Ps. If someone has a salary range for these kind of rolling contract jobs, I’m all ears.
