Hi I accidently missread my gas bill due date. I just paid but no gas or hot water yet.

Hi, I just paid my gas bill to Tokyo Gas at the konbini. I had honestly totally missunderstood the payment process and thought I was paying them through my Octopus energy app, since they are the ones who helped me set up my gas contract. I got no gas right now but do you guys know if I should call them, or will it be turned back on soon? If anyone has their number or an English number please tell me <3
