Business visa or bounce?

Okay this is a bit of a rant and a bit of a plea for advice.

Some background about my experience in Japan….I've lived in Japan for 8 years, in my opinion, but in the government's opinion, 6. I came in 2017 and worked for 2 years (hated it) and couldn't wait to go back to the US. Moved back, couldn't get a job, and had to go back to Japan. At first, it really sucked, but then I had the chance to teach yoga at a friend's ski lodge in Nagano, and it really changed my whole life in pretty amazing ways. It repaired my relationship with Japan and I actually became happy for the first time in my life as an adult. I am 46 (F) and I work remotely as an English prof and yoga instructor, both for Japanese and US universities. My set up is pretty sweet.

I had always been interested in the car market here and cars in general because my older brother is a mechanic. One winter, my Subaru Impreza was just not doing what I needed it to do, that is, get me front Point A to B safely and confidently in the snow. I ended up buying a JA11 Suzuki Jimny and absolutely fell in love with the little beast and it inspired me to apply for a Business Manager visa which I received in July this year after waiting 5 months for it. My business is in car exports and rentals. The 5 month wait was super demotivating and I had to use a bit of my capital investment for daily living expenses. My current plan is to focus on car rentals in the ski resort town where I live, but here comes the but.
I think I'm just over living in Japan. I miss my family. Some friends say I should just visit the US more often. I already go 4 times a year. I feel like I'm always  trying to find ways to justify staying here but not super excited to. For example, I'll use the new BM visa requirements as a reason when I know well enough that if I wanted to be here badly enough, I'd find a way to make it work.

I'm now faced with selling my business or dissolving it. I can't find a lot of clear info about the dissolution process. I've bought a house in my company name, so I'd either have to sell it with the business or transfer it to my personal name.

Does anyone have any insight or advice for me? I don't really know what sticking out really is anymore. I do love Japan, but I also love my family. I don't want to be an already older lady here all alone. I was engaged once but I otherwise have not had much success in that area here either, so that is a factor.

TLDR: don’t really want to stay in Japan anymore but I have a business visa and small business. Do I sell or dissolve?
