What degrees are demanded in japan ?

I'm about to start an econ and math/stats/data science undegrad in the us, canada, or the uk (depending on my acceptances).

I was wondering if i could get a good job (good salary and work balance) opportunities in japan for work (given i learn the language during my undergrad)

Should i apply in japan for an econ degree, too, or the abroad one has the same opportunities

If not, i'm curious about those "demanded" undergrad
