I'm hoping that someone here can recommend a "property manager."
Specifically, I'm a foreigner hoping to purchase and renovate a vacation house in Okinawa, and would like to hire a person or a company that can pay the property taxes, utility bills, etc., when I'm away. Additionally, I'm hoping to find an Airbnb management service. I'm looking to buy in the Kunigami District.
