My partner (Japanese) has a knack for interior/spatial design, and is interested in potentially starting their own interior design business. They're more into interior design for housing, shops, etc.
Particularly for anyone familiar with the industry, what would be good first steps to breaking into the industry (ex. starting by creating a portfolio of designs, etc.)? Any information would be greatly appreciated!
