hello, started the visa 更新process, got the stamp on my zairyuu and everything. when my visa current expired, the bank froze my bank account, cant get money nor pay with my card. i tried to solve it with the app, and they told me to call. next day i tried to call the support center and they told me it was not a problem but i had to go to the physical place. so today i went to the bank and they told me that they give a shit about the old card stamp and to eat shit until i get a new one (Ok, not th exact words haha).
mitsubishi ginko by the way any experience with this? cant really do anything? i have to call the support center again, just on case, at the very least.
