I’m trying to figure out how realistic this is. If I fly to Japan on a tourist visa, is there actually any chance of landing an employment contract while I’m there?
Not talking about working illegally — just wondering if companies will interview you in person and offer you a contract even if you’re technically just visiting.
Has anyone done this? Is it something companies are cool with, or does everyone pretty much expect you to apply from outside Japan?
Would love to hear real experiences or advice from people who’ve gone through it.
