Life after language school?

Hey everyone, I'm currently 22 living in the USA and plan on attending language school in July. Ill be attending language school in Tokyo for 2 years and hopefully plan on staying in Japan after I graduate.

I currently have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and I was curious if doing 2 years of language school would be enough to get a job in my field. I know the working conditions in Japan aren't the best so I plan on trying to find a company that doesn't make me do too much overtime. My goal is to at least hit N2 by the time I finish language school. If you're someone who has attended a full 2 years of language school, could you let me know if hitting N2 is realistic? I plan on doing review everyday for at least 1 hour and watching majority of things in Japanese (at a level I can comprehend a decent amount). Please let me know if hitting N2 is actually realistic or not! If I don't hit N2 within those two years I plan on becoming an english teacher or recruiter and continuing studying japanese on my own until I hit it.

I'm currently a social media producer so I make a decent amount a month while not spending too much time on work. I also plan on showing off my lifestyle as a student throughout the 2 years and show people possible outcomes for people in my situation. I've watched numerous videos about people who attended langauge school and majority of them quit after a few months, moved back home after graduation, or went to a japanese university because they didn't have a degree. If anyone has a similar situation as me please share some feedback I would really appreciate it! My main question is if its possible to get a job in your field after 2 years of language school!
