Hello fellow Chiba residents, please advise the web links and process to get motor cycle driving license, I am Gaijin, home country license for both At/MT and motor vehicle license valid, I am on 5yrs visa since home country license cannot be transferred I need to do it from scratch. I did my search unable to find reservation slot website for theory, since I have no friends here unable to figured out by myself, if anyone have information please share and thank you in advance for your assistance
