University transcript

Hello there, I wanted to ask if there are difficulties when presenting a English u transcript to enter a Japanese university.

I'm planing on studying locally and then getting a master abroad, ignoring the fact that getting into Japanese university is going to be hard, I wanted to ask if japanese universities have difficulties accepting English transcripts.
