Petite male looking to purchase a men’s long wool coat

Walking around Tokyo is a new and overwhelming experience for me. As a petite male I am trying to find myself a long wool coat similar to one that Aritzia sells called the “Only coat”. As a foreigner that has limited time during my visit I am looking for a decent place to buy said jacket without busting the bank too badly and will get a well fitting high quality jacket.
