Is it possible to get a part time job as a student with basic japanese which isn’t certified?

I’m currently a 1st year university student. I was wondering if I can find any part time jobs which don’t require much Japanese or require English (I’m not a native English speaker, but I have a Band 8, borderline Band 8.5 score in IELTS). The university I attend is considered to be really prestigious by locals but don’t know if it’s relevant or not. Is it possible for me to get a part time job currently? And where can I find them? I tried searching for part time jobs but I couldn’t really find any online. Even suggesting websites where I can find these types of jobs will be helpful. Thank you.
