Hi, I am planning yo use Line for business stuff. I have few questions since i never used Line much and its technologically so backwards, i want to confirm a few things.
I have a database of phone numbers of my cutomers and i want to send them all messages. I thought of two ways of doing this;
1- Make a line bot, and run the numbers on the bot so it will send the messages to the numbers and I can actually code in some predetermined replies so i dont need to talk to them until they decide to talk to me. And answer some potential questions automated.
2- Make a bot on my PC that runs through my phone number list and sends them each normal line message. This feels like it will get me banned from Line but I wanna know if its possible. Also, if I send a msg to a number (meaning, they dont have me in their contacts.) will that msg go through? or just get filtered as spam?
I will be happy if anyone is experienced in Line can answer these questions.
Any other alternative methods to reach out to the customers are welcome as well, I have their addresses too, my other option is to send them all some chirashi. But i dont know how i can handle the logistics of that. (Running through hundreds of addresses and sending each one a chirashi.)
