I’m from India, and I’ve been watching anime since I was a kid, so Japan has always felt special to me. Even now I randomly end up watching Japan vlogs, the streets, the cleanliness, the trains, the food, the whole vibe. Everything looks so calm and well-organised compared to here.
Lately my feed is full of ramen-making reels and I can’t stop watching them. It just makes me want to visit even more.
I know Japan has its issues too especially the work culture which I’ve heard can be very tiring. But apart from that, how is the actual day-to-day life? Is it really as peaceful and nice as it looks on YouTube and Instagram?
I also want to make some Japanese friends like people I can talk to, learn from and maybe exchange daily snaps with about places they go and how life feels there. And honestly if things ever go that way, I’d love to have a Japanese girlfriend someday too. 😅 Like who wouldn't. like someone genuine.
Would love to hear honest opinions from people living in Japan or anyone who has spent time there.
