What’s the smartest way to exchange ¥700,000 back to CAD?

I’m heading back to Canada soon and trying to figure out the smartest way to convert about ¥700,000 to CAD.

I’m currently in a small city in the south near Fukuoka, and I’ll be flying out of Tokyo. I do have a Japanese bank account, and if I transfer the money to Canada using Wise, it looks like it’ll cost me roughly $50 CAD compared to the mid-market rate, which honestly seems pretty reasonable. But if thtere is an option to do it in cash that is similar, I would prefer that.
