Hello! I was recently travelling Japan as a tourist from Scotland. We spent an evening in the Bar Rocking Chair and loved the cocktails.
There was one matcha cocktail on the menu. I think it was a new/seasonal one.
Just wondering if anyone would know the ingredients? I’d love to re-create it at home.
