Advice requested for moving to Japan

Hi everyone!
30M here, and I’m seriously considering taking the big step and moving to Japan for work – but right now it feels almost impossible, so I’d really love some guidance from people who’ve done it or know the system better than I do. I know about the preocedures for visa and that a sponsorship is required but yet it sees still a mess.

Regarding myself and my possibilities I can tell that I have two degrees: one in biology and one in biological data analysis, I speak 3 languages besides English, I’m studying Japanese on my own (very basic level, around N5 for now), I’m aware of the whole “Japanese work culture / you’ll always be an outsider” thing, but honestly I can cope with that.

What I’m struggling with is understanding how people actually make it happen:

How do you go from “I’d love to work in Japan” to actually getting a visa and a job offer?Which websites, recruiters, or programs should I look at?

When I search online, it feels like a wall of vague information, but then I see people moving to Japan “easily” and I can’t figure out what I’m missing.
