Opening a psychotherapy business in Japan

Hello! Recently I have been reading about the state of psychotherapy in Japan and from what I understand (please correct me if I'm wrong), psychotherapy is not too popular in Japan (at least not among Japanese). I have been attending therapy for the last few years and found it immensely helpful, life-changing even. The two things combined got me thinking how feasible it would be to open a small private therapy "clinic" in Japan. I am not a therapist myself, so the business plan would be to rent a small office, hire one or two therapists initially and go from there. I expect it would be easier to start with English-speaking therapists and target foreigners, but my ultimate goal is to help Japanese with their issues, if that's possible. I know there is a business manager visa that requires some savings and a business plan. Savings are not a problem, but I am not sure if such a business plan would even get accepted. I must say I haven't researched the visa yet, and in fact haven't research almost anything, but I figured I might as well post a question over here before diving deeper. That way maybe there are some obvious things I don't know which would make this idea a stupid one and save me a lot of wasteful research.

Presuming the idea itself is not terrible, the most pressing issue that I have right now is how to reach out to people who live in Japan (preferably Tokio), have a psychology licence and might be interested in taking part in this endeavor. I will be in Japan for 3 months starting on Dec 29th and could meet in person for a VERY loose conversation around this idea. It's only in its inception, but I feel strongly about at least taking a shot at this, even if it's highly unlikely to succeed. Any feedback, be it positive or negative, is welcome. Thanks!
