Where is this playground located ?

It has appeared in at least two different manga so I got curious. My best guess is that it is under the Chuo-Sobu line overpass, but it is not the "中央高架下公園" as far as I can tell. The first image comes from Bug Ego ch.15, the others from Under Ninja ch.112-114. Thank you in advance!
