I have been helping with a few business events in Tokyo and the one thing I struggle with is setup time. Some venues are very strict about when you can enter while others allow a bit more room to work.
I am trying to understand what feels normal here.
If you have done events in Tokyo which venues felt easier to deal with when it comes to early access or longer setup windows
