My husband and I are celebrating our anniversary (17 years and 2 years married) in Tokyo. We would love to go out for dinner to a restaurant with a good view, so preferably on a high floor! Things I’m looking at right now are a bit too expensive.. Does anyone know a nice place that is having great views and is also affordable? (Not costing 10000¥ and up) Thank you so much! 😄
