What are your experiences sending letters from Japan to the Philippines? Do they arrive reliably? About how long does it take? Which method would you recommend using in terms of stuff like tracking?
I want to participate in an art project that involves sending a postcard (I would put it in an envelope, so effectively a letter) to a children's museum in the Philippines (Quezon City, if that's relevant). I've heard that the mail services there can be a bit dodgy, but DHL prices are insane and the museum allows participants to send a digital scan as a backup so I don't want to spend too much on shipping; under ¥1000 ideally. It's just a postcard/letter at the end of the day. The submission deadline is Jan 16. Please let me know your recommendations for the best way to send my postcard/letter! Thank you in advance!
