2nd time making sushi for poker night. Cali, Philly, and Spicy Tuna (left to right) plus First Royal Flush I’ve ever seen (2nd pic)

My filling to rice ratio is much better than it was on my post and attempt 2 weeks ago. However the cuts and structural integrity left something to be desired.

I was really happy with the spicy tuna with a frozen ahi tuna filet that I barely thawed and then cut into little pieces and just added Kewpie Mayo and siracha sauce. I forgot to add the green onions I chopped up prior.

It was great, but felt like it needed a few other things. Any suggestions ?
