I just received a job offer in Kumamoto, and I’d really like to hear what people think about it
both the offer itself and the experience of living/working in Kumamoto.

• Team structure: flat
• Work style: 2–3 days of remote work per week
• Monthly salary: 340,000¥
• Annual bonus: 310,000¥
• Japanese level: JLPT N2
I also talked to several engineers currently working at the company during the interview process. They all said it’s a great place to grow as an engineer, learn new things, and develop your skills, which gave me a strong positive impression.
