So I need some info from Nenkin Net for my PR application. I made an account awhile ago but forgot the login details. I have a MyNumber card, but I can't login through MyNa because 1. phone won't support the garbage app and 2. don't have a card scanner. I tried to request an access key from Nenkin Net so I could log in without MyNumber, but they only gave me a username – no access key. This is driving me nuts.
How can I get around this? Do you think the ward office would have a card scanner I could use, or should I just go to the pension office for login info? Luckily we can submit next week without this pension info, but I'd like to have it done and submitted sooner rather than later. Please share your tips/how you got around this. Thank you!
