I was a brat in Okinawa in the 90s, and still can't stop thinking about Charlie's Tacos. Does anybody have a decent taste-alike recipe to recreate the ground beef tacos there? And I do mean the tacos with the weirdly unique tortilla and everything, NOT taco rice.
