Rakuten: SMS about Order being Cancelled but payment gone through

Hi everyone, I recently completed my first order on Rakuten (paid with a card issued abroad but in Yen). I received an order confirmation email, but a few minutes later I got a message saying that the order had been cancelled and that I needed to reset my password. The strange thing is that I didn’t receive any email about this, the order still appears as active on the website, there’s no mention of a cancellation, and my card has been charged. Can you help me understand what’s going on?
