Hi. i am visiting Okinawa next week for a 5 day road trip. I am a foreigner but have experience of driving on left side (India, Australia, Malaysia). I am bit worried about language signs. Is it easy to drive for a foreigner? Also, what in case the car breaks down? Emergency service easily available? I will be travelling with a pregnant wife for our babymoon.
