Below is my trip plan for 6 days:
Day 1 – Arrive in Naha in the evening. Check in hotel and walk out for dinner
Day 2 – Pick rental car and drive to cape manzamo and then to Churami Aqaurium. Check in resort in okuma on same evening.
Day 3 – Chill in resort in Okuma (its a beach front one)
Day 4 – Drive to Cape Hedo and drive to second resort in yanbaru
Day 5 – Chill in resort (no plans but it will be random trip to nearby beaches)
Day 6 – Drive back to Naha enroute Shuri Castle and check out some shopping in kokusai dori. Drop rental car in airport and fly back in the evening.
Since I am traveling with pregnant wife (it is our babymoon), I dont want to rush her too much hence resorts will be only for relaxing, plus need to do some site seeing as well. Does above plan looks ok or too much rush? I have no idea about traffic situation in okinawa. I am just assuming 1-2 hour driving at each location mentioned above.

Yes it’s doable
Sounds manageable. You’re never going “far” on that island, just account for traffic, especially in and around Naha. If you’re planning 1-2 hours travel you’re not being unreasonable.
Traffic can be insane. We allowed 4 hrs to get from out hotel near the blue cave back to the airport and were planning to stop for a meal on the way. In the end we nearly didn’t make it on time.
Okuma is stunningly beautiful.
I don’t know if they offer English, but kunigami forest park (very close to okuma resort) does nighttime tours (star gazing or nighttime animals) which are really interesting.
If you got a pregnant wife and you want to chill,
I recommend the other islands like miyakojima or ishigaki. You can go snorkeling out in the reefs and your wife can watch from the boat.
6 days in Okinawa is doable but the main island is not as relaxing as the other islands.
