So I am planning on submitting my regular visa renewal app (3 year spec. humanities) and my PR (Spousal) application on the same day at Shinagawa. I was just wondering to anyone else who has done the same, what the precise procedure is in this case just so things go as smoothly as possible? Planning to arrive at 8:30 or so.
I know there is a separate line for PR apart from standard visa renewal, right? (If I am not mistaken, regular visa renewal is 2F pre-check Counter F > Counter B, while PR is Counter P > Counter B).
What I was mainly wondering is if it is possible for my wife (who will be with me) to take our PR documents to Counter P for pre-check while I deal with the usual visa renewal line? Or, is this not possible and we will basically have to do two lines back to back?
Appreciate any insight, I tried searching about this and couldn’t find any clear word on it. Thanks.
