Are English programs in Japanese University bad for job opportunity, even If they are from high ranking like G30s, Waseda, Keio, or Sophia?

I'm currently doing EJU in my country(One of SEA countries), I'm planning to apply to university, but can't decide whether should I pursed English degree or not. What I want to know is, as Im preparing for EJU "would it be better for me to pursue Japanese degree?" the Japanese degree, I mean is not from Imperial Uni like Todai, or Kyodai. If Japanese degree from good-mid tier are better than English programs from top-tier like Waseda or Keio, Im going to pursue Japanese degree,
