Would I be able to succeed with Yahoo Auctions since the seller’s suspended and no ship notification

I got scammed and after looking for different threads on solutions, I realized mine might have some hope in comparison.

First off, I want to share what this scammer does and others might do, and other reddit posts from different subs will confirm this.

They use a burner account with a lot of 5-star reviews with a generic japanese last name. Upon taking a look at the reviews, a lot of them if you can see it, are actually just 1-100 yen items reviewers in which sellers automatically evaluate them with a generic positive message. You will then see listings for your "too good to be true" listings. After bidding or asking questions, they'll cancel them all after they got some views. From here is your next flag, yahoo auctions will suspend the account after this new seller tried to sell some items for some crazy high prices. They'll leave a message in their bio saying to contact their LINE. You'll exchange messages about if they can put it up again, but for a price that you specifically want it at (something high for them). They'll send you a link to their primary (but definitely another burner account) seller account.

Something to notice about the listing is that the item title and description does not match the categorization at all. If your categorization reads any of the specific ones that Yahoo mentions that they cannot allow refunds for on their end and must be talked with the seller, then you have officially lost here after you had paid. In my case, it is an automobile > motorcycle > used > 50cc. Nothing like a robot toy at all.

Here is why I am actually posting and where my research needs a direct help: I know there's no phone number out there to contact, just a useless chatbot and an email that seemingly NEVER replies back. This scammer that I paid was suspended before and after, and I never got a shipping notifications. Because I never got a shipping notification, according to the FAQ from yahoo auctions, I would have to just wait 14 days for an automatic refund instead of requesting a refund after the 8 day mark. The item title and description and even the image itself looks nothing like the categorization, but I know that still might not help seeing how some of these other posts have had a similar image doesn't match the item, but I haven't even gotten mine yet so I wonder: what should I do?

edit 1: this item was 350,000 yen. also, the scammer would struggle to deliver it to me since i live in a gated community so if I don't get the package the first time, it would either get resent all the way back or the package office would try again.
