I've heard that apartments are MUCH harder to find during March/April, but I was wondering how much difference it would make to come a few months later…
As a foreigner is it better to just wait, or should I try my luck in March? I'm just worried about rejections, even though I pretty much know exactly what I want and in what areas.
Do many more apartments become available during March/April, too? I've heard the best apartments come up during that time, too, due to leases ending.
Do share house monthly prices go up in March/April?
