First investment setup questions (NISA – Rakuten Securities)

I have finally got my rakuten bank account and rakuten securities accounts all setup, and plan to start moving money over for NISA.

As this is my first time doing any investing at all, I just wanted to check a couple of points to make sure I do it all correctly.

I will be investing 1,500,000 yen first off, and then after it will probably only be about 10,000-20,000 per month (low salary, so can't do more).

I am from New Zealand, so the US tax things do not apply to me.

I see there are two main options for NISA, Tsumitate and Growth sections.

I am considering just to put everything into eMAXIS Slim 全世界株式, as from my readings online this seems a safe and sensible way to start investing. Though in the future I may start putting small amounts into individual stocks just to play around (think like 1,000 yen/month).

1: As I will not be reaching any monthly caps or anything; is it best to just put everything into the Growth sections for now? and then any monthly/quarterly purchases I make, put into the Tsumitate section?

2: After I have done my original purchasing of eMAXIS SLIM via bank transfer/money bridge, I would like to use my rakuten credit card for the extra points. Can eMAXIS SLIM be bought with credit card?

3: I probably will buy more of eMAXIS once every 3 months or so, when I recalculate all my normal finances, does this cause any problems with tsumitate? (if I go that way), as it wouldn't be monthly buys.

4: Is there any random advice/pitfalls to avoid as a new invester? I have looked through the reddit, retirejapan a lot, but it is still quite confusing.

Thanks for any advice/guidance with this!
