I'm currently applying for remote jobs, mostly out of country. I'm applying as a freelancer and I have PR in Japan.
I've gone through here somewhat, but I feel like I'm just not seeing it clearly. For taxes, insurance, and everything I assumed after reading on here that I would need to go through a PEO or EOR.
Is that correct?
I haven't heard back from any of the companies yet, but I want to be ready.
