So I am trying to purchase on Rakuten Securities, and it is asking me to call to authenticate, but I do not understand what the voice is saying, and then it doesn't authenticate for me, and just logs me out.
There seems to be two types of calls.
First one you just call and it tells you to hang up, and it works fine (usually when logging in first time)
This second one has a longer message, and just seems to fail…
Anyone have any advice on this? Wish my Japanese was better so I could understand exactly what was being said…
