So, new 3rd year teacher at my JHS. I'm only at this school 2 times a week. So they already have me at 6 classes both days I am there.
So this teacher has me do the readings maybe 30 to 40 times a lesson. This is for four classes in a row. She wants me to do the readings 10 times of various speeds. Then reading in front of each individual student. This has been her class the past 3 weeks.
How can I express my frustration with this style without overstepping my boundaries as an ALT.
