Sony Bank won’t let me open account

Hi,

Has anyone experienced this also when they tried to open an account with Sony Bank? I tried 3 times already the past week and I tried submitting both My number ID and Driver's License, took a picture online. And still got the rejection email saying "Insufficient ID Verification"

今回、お申込内容およびスマホ本人確認の撮影画像を確認した結果、口座開設の受付ができませんでした。

受付できなかった理由：本人確認資料不備

スマホ本人確認でのお手続ができない場合は、郵送での口座開設にてお手続きください。
