1 Bill Gates donated a lot of money and came to Japan in the summer because he wanted to sexually assault women and children . He is evil and should be killed.
2 They want Africans to come to Japan because Africa has cases of Ebola.
Japanese pharmaceutical companies are now owned by the US and these now US companies want to sell Ebola drugs in Japan.
So the US is pushing Japan to get more African immigrants to Japan, hoping they have Ebola so they can sell a lot of drugs
3 JICA is evil
