How Long would it take for a Korean speaker (not completely fluent) to master Japanese completely?

(Moved to Japan. )Speaking, reading, writing everything. I speak Korean pretty well but I don’t live in Korea and my Korean is kinda broken overall. How long you think it could take me? BTW I’m a Korean who‘s lived in Germany
